How Businesses Join Or Observe A Session

Business team members join moderated sessions from the study management area in DLYTE.
Once a participant’s booking is confirmed, a Join Session button appears next to that participant in the study management view. The session room link is also available from the study settings area.
All authorised team members with access to the study can join, including:
DLYTE does not currently have separate facilitator and observer permissions inside the video room. Everyone from your business team joins through the same room link.
Before joining, make sure your camera, microphone and browser permissions are working. If you are joining only to observe, you can keep your microphone and camera off once inside the room.
If your business account has Google Calendar connected, confirmed sessions are synced to the business calendar. DLYTE does not currently confirm iCal or ICS calendar attachments for participants.
