Who Can Access Study Materials, Results And Recordings?

Access to your study materials, results and recordings is controlled by role-based permissions within your DLYTE business account.
Three roles are available:
Owner — full access, including billing, team management, study setup, results and recordings
Admin — same access as Owner, except cannot delete the business account
Member — can access study information but cannot manage billing or team settings
Only team members you have added to your account can access your studies. Anyone outside your account, including participants, has no access to your study materials, results or recordings.
Participants are restricted to the specific study they have been matched to and approved for. They see only the task brief and materials relevant to their session. They have no access to other participants’ responses, your business settings or any other study data.
Session recordings are treated as controlled research assets. They are stored securely, accessible only to authorised users within your account, and are not shared outside your study context unless you explicitly authorise it.
