Your research data belongs to you.

DLYTE does not treat your study results, participant responses or recordings as a shared asset. They are not resold, repurposed across clients or made available to any third party without your authorisation.

As a business customer, you retain ownership of:

  • Your study setup and configuration
  • Participant responses collected during the study
  • Session recordings from moderated studies
  • Results, outputs and any exported research materials

DLYTE handles your data as a controlled asset tied to your account. Access is limited to the authorised users in your business team. It is not open to other organisations or the wider platform.

You can export your study data at any time. If you need data deleted, DLYTE can process deletion requests in line with applicable privacy obligations and platform policies.

DLYTE’s data handling aligns with the Australian Privacy Act 1988, the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation, known as GDPR, and the California Consumer Privacy Act, known as CCPA, where applicable.
