If you can no longer attend a moderated session, you may be able to cancel or request a reschedule from My Sessions.
Your available options depend on the study status, session timing and available session slots.
You can cancel participation while the study is active.
You may also be able to request a reschedule if alternative session times are available. If you request a reschedule, the business may need to review and confirm the new time.
Sometimes the business may propose a reschedule. When this happens, you may see a notice asking you to approve the new time or cancel your participation.
Sessions that are starting soon may show a warning. You may still be able to cancel or reschedule, but late changes can affect the study and may affect your participation reliability.
Only request a reschedule if you genuinely cannot attend the confirmed time.
