How To Join A Moderated Session

A moderated session is a live research session between you and a business research team.

Once your session is confirmed, it will appear in My Sessions.
Your upcoming sessions show the session time, status and any available actions.

A Join Session button appears 30 minutes before the session starts and remains available for a limited time after the session starts.
Before joining, you must complete the consent step. 

This includes confirming that:

• you consent t
• o participating in a recorded research session
• you agree to the confidentiality requirement for the session

Both confirmations are required before the meeting link is shown.

Moderated sessions are desktop-only. If you try to join from a mobile device, DLYTE may show a warning that a desktop or laptop is required.

You can adjust the timezone shown on your My Sessions page. This affects how session times are displayed and can be saved back to your profile.

Before your session, make sure:

• your internet connection is stable
• your camera and microphone are working
• you are using a supported browser
• you are in a quiet place
• you are ready at the scheduled time
