How Messaging Works On DLYTE

Last Update 7 days ago

Messages in DLYTE are used for conversations linked to specific studies.

You may receive messages from a business when you are invited to, applying for, or participating in a study.

Each message thread is connected to a study. Messages are not a general support inbox.

You may see messages for:

  • study invitations
  • session confirmations
  • questions from a business
  • updates about a study you are participating in
  • system-generated study status updates

If a business sends you a message, you may receive an email notification.

If you send a message to a business, the business may also receive an email notification.

If a business has hidden its company name for recruitment purposes, the sender may appear as “The research team” rather than the business name.

If you have no messages, your Messages page will show an empty state. Messages from studies you participate in will appear there when available.

For general DLYTE support, use live chat or the contact form rather than study messaging.
