How Messaging Works On DLYTE

Messages in DLYTE are used for conversations linked to specific studies.
- study invitations
- session confirmations
- questions from a business
- updates about a study you are participating in
- system-generated study status updates
If a business sends you a message, you may receive an email notification.
If you send a message to a business, the business may also receive an email notification.
If you have no messages, your Messages page will show an empty state. Messages from studies you participate in will appear there when available.
For general DLYTE support, use live chat or the contact form rather than study messaging.
