Understanding Your Payment Statuses

Your Payment Activity page has two main areas:

• Earnings
• Payouts

EarningsEarnings show money you have earned from completed studies.

An earning may show as:

• Pending — the session or task has been completed but the earning is still being processed
• Earned — the earning has been completed and added to your available balance
• Withheld — the earning has been held back due to a payment or participation issue

PayoutsPayouts show your withdrawal history.

A payout may show as:

• Pending — your withdrawal request has been submitted and is waiting for review
• Processing — DLYTE is processing the withdrawal
• Paid — the withdrawal has been paid
• Failed — the withdrawal could not be completed

If a payout fails, it may be because of incorrect bank details or another processing issue.

Updating your bank details later does not update a payout request that has already been submitted. Each payout uses the bank details saved at the time the request was made.
