How To Request A Withdrawal

You can request a withdrawal once you have an available balance in DLYTE.

Withdrawals are paid to an Australian bank account.

Before requesting a payout, you need to add your bank details in Withdrawal Settings.

You will need to provide:

• account name
• BSB
• account number

Your BSB must be 6 digits. Your account number must be 6 to 10 digits.

Make sure your bank details are correct before saving them. DLYTE warns that funds sent to an incorrect account may not be recoverable.

After your bank account is saved, enter the payout amount you want to withdraw.

The payout amount cannot be more than your available balance and must be greater than $0.

Only one active withdrawal request can exist at a time. If you already have a pending or processing withdrawal, you need to wait until it is completed or failed before submitting another request.

Withdrawals are reviewed and processed by DLYTE admins. The expected processing timeframe is usually 1 to 3 business days.

You cannot cancel a payout request yourself after submitting it. If you made a mistake, contact DLYTE support as soon as possible.
