How Connection Quality Affects Your Profile

DLYTE checks connection quality to help make sure testers can take part in live moderated sessions successfully.

Your connection quality is based on technical factors such as:

  • latency
  • download speed
  • upload speed
  • WebRTC support
These checks help DLYTE understand whether your internet connection and browser are likely to support a stable live session.

Your profile may show a connection or session reliability label, such as:

    • High Reliability
    • Moderate Reliability
    • Low Reliability
Businesses may see a quality label when reviewing candidates, but they do not see a detailed numeric score.

You can use the Recheck button on your profile to run the connection check again. This can be useful if you have changed network, improved your internet connection, or believe the result is no longer accurate.

Connection quality is separate from participation behaviour. For example, no-shows or cancellations are tracked separately and do not reset just because you run a connection recheck.

If your connection result still seems wrong after rechecking, contact DLYTE support.
